Grain transport
INTAKE HOPPER
Intake hopper are the first element in receiving grains into the warehouse.
They are divided into two types - mechanical and gravitational.
The characetristic of gravitational baskets is that the grain falls to another transport device by itself. The advantage here is a lack of extra engine. The disadvantage is the size and depth of the basket resulting from the fall angles (so that the grains do not suspend).
In mechanical baskets, the device that transports grains to lifting device is called screw conveyor. The disadvantage here is another enginge and the advantage is shallowness necessary to maintain optimal basket size.
All baskets are made to fit the client's needs - flat, with a covering hut, tin or tarpaulin closure etc.
Below are examples of baskets produced by our company.
